House has 1280 sq feet, 3 br plus den, 2 full baths, 1 car garage, shed attached to garage, screened in porch, fenced in yard, ceiling fans in all rooms and garage, allot of closets and no deed restrictions. Outside shutters in case of bad weather. County sheriff lives directly across the street and another lives around the corner. Very friendly! Great place if you have kids and pets. AC one year old, new countertop, sink and tile in kitchen, new tile in den, new carpet in bedrooms and living room, wood flooring in dinning room. Great starter home!!!!
