Jason 757-879-2396 (mobile) ~~ADDITION~~ After several calls & emails, I thought I\'d add this info to answer some of the more common questions. I am selling this home because I just retired from the Army and have found a job in Norfolk. The daily round trip is just over 70 miles and that is more than I\'d like to spend on fuel. I have to move Southside, closer to Norfolk, to save a little money on fuel. I cannot finance anyone for a couple reasons. One is that the park management considers that renting and that is not allowed. Another is that I have to buy a house and was informed that decreasing my debt-to-income ratio will help me get a better rate on a mortgage. The monthly electric bill varies. I have four children and that causes a lot of dirty dishes, clothes and bodies. All need washed and all use hot water. My bill ranges from $125-$175 a month. The water bill comes about every three months and ranges about $100-$150. I have been told by others in this area that I could ask $30-$35k for this house and get it.
