Corey joined the Premier Mountain Properties team in April 2007. He relocated to Crested Butte in 2005 from Denver where he still owns investment properties and a property management company. Corey has been deeply involved in real estate purchasing, selling and investing since 1999. As a licensed REALTOR in the state of Colorado, He has created a successful business and client base in Crested Butte focusing on residential and commercial property. Corey is personally invested in multiple real estate ventures in Crested Butte and is bullish on the Crested Butte market from the perspectives of both a real estate agent and owner.
Corey has co-founded Smart and Smarter Investments, a real estate services firm delivering investment solutions in growth-oriented mountain resort communities. Focused on new development and reconstruction/renovation opportunities, S&S strives to provide their clients with high-yield real estate investments over the short and long term.
Corey is also co-founder of CB Development, a company that specializes in development opportunities in the Crested Butte and Gunnison area. CB?s latest project consists of two new ski in/ski out condominium buildings located slope side at the Crested Butte Mountain Resort.
An avid rock climber, scuba diver, snowboarder, and hang glider in training, Corey is a great fit for the enthusiastic Premier Mountain Properties Team and Crested Butte Community. In addition to his recreational adventures, Corey loves to travel, having been to Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand and South Africa.
